From an early age and into adulthood, Doug learned through the Boy Scouts the values that he desired to live by. These same values permeate through Bouma USA today and have become the basis for how we strive to do business every day.
While Bouma USA Management was founded as a Christ centered company, you do not have to share this belief in order to agree with the principles above.
